Standard Delivery within Australia

Your order (excluding pre-orders see below) will be processed within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery time frames vary depending on your location.

Metro NSW, VIC and QLD deliveries are usually done within 3-5 business days if the item is in stock but please note this does vary depending on the time of year. WA and SA may take a little longer. Regional areas please allow an additional 5- 10 days. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

Troffle uses professional outsourced courier services to deliver your product/s Customer must be present to sign for the goods at their nominated address. At the customer’s discretion and authorisation, goods can be left unattended at the nominated address without the need for a signature. Customers who authorise an 'authority to leave' request, void their transit insurance and Troffle or the courier cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to the product.

If customer is not home on the agreed and scheduled delivery date, a redelivery will incur an additional fee with the courier. We will notify you via email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Troffle outsource deliveries to  3rd party logistics companies and as such are not liable for ay breakages/damages or loss whatsoever that may occur on customers premises.

International Shipping

Should you wish to purchase from our store and require overseas shipping rates, we can definitely organise that for you however you are welcome to obtain your own quotes and the above will still apply. You will be solely responsible for all your own shipping, insurance , damages etc if you arrange your own shipping to your destination. Troffle will take no responsibility for non pick ups, delays or damage.

Pre- Orders

Please note all preorder dates are an estimate only and may be subject to early or late arrival. Any delivery date changes will be communicated via email to the email address provided on the order. In the event that your order arrives early please ensure you can facilitate early acceptance. If you require Troffle to hold you order, storage can be provided for up to two (2) weeks free of charge, beyond this a holding fee of $50 per week will begin to incur.

Occasionally delays can occur and we appreciate your patience, we promise your beautiful Troffle piece is well worth the wait!

Special and Custom orders begin production almost immediately upon order placement and are manufactured to your specifications. As such the item/items can not be returned, cancelled or changed at any time.  Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to custom preference, change of mind or any other reason cannot be accepted. Please note that all shipping and freight charges are none refundable and are the customers responsibility. 

 

Trade Accounts - Commercial Private Orders

Client is responsible for their own shipping from our Melbourne Warehouse for all orders that are processed with a Trade Accounts, for larger projects, and commercial orders. Troffle is happy to arrange a shipping quote for you however the client is most welcome to obtain their own shipping quotation.
